Yinan is the Chief Legal Officer and a Partner at DealGlobe. She brings over 15 years’ experience advising Chinese and international corporates and financial institutions and has worked in London, Shanghai and Tokyo.

Prior to joining DealGlobe, Yinan was Co-General Counsel at SAFE’s European investment arm (Gingko Tree Investment Ltd) responsible for acquisitions and joint ventures in the real estate and infrastructure sectors across Europe. She was also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee and the Risk Management Committee. She started her career at King & Wood Mallesons in Shanghai and then spent 10 years with Clifford Chance (8 in London and 2 in Tokyo) specialising in FDI, corporate finance and banking and capital markets. Yinan is also a mentor at Fuse, an incubator for legaltech, regtech and dealtech startups founded by Allen & Overy.

Yinan is a PRC and English dual qualified lawyer and she holds a LLM (Merit) from University College London and LPC diploma (Distinction) from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice.
