Xiaomian is Director of Investment at DealGlobe UK and has 10 years’ experience in international investments and cross-border advisory. She has worked in London, Sao Paulo, Houston and Hong Kong and has participated in the execution and post-deal management of investments totalling c.US $1bn in deal value.

Prior to DealGlobe, Xiaomian was Senior Investment Officer, International M&As at Shanghai Pengxin Group, C.US$3bn AUM Chinese conglomerate with global investments across four continents, where she spent 3 years in Brazil and the US executing and managing group investments in Agribusiness and Energy. Prior to Shanghai Pengxin Group, Xiaomian worked at Pax Capital, London-based cross-border advisory firm servicing institutions and UHNWIs from emerging markets. Before this, she spent 3 years as an investment professional at London-based Anton Capital, leading European private equity firm specialised in Media & IP.

Xiaomian holds an MBA from London Business School and an Msc in Management Research from the University of Oxford, UK.
