Mr. Lorenzo CAI is a senior vice president of DealGlobe and based in Shanghai. Lorenzo has more than 10 years’ experience in cross-border M&A and Private Equity environment with MBA degree. Before joining DealGlobe, Lorenzo worked as a vice president of Corporate Finance / M&A-Greater China at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group in Shanghai, where he primarily focused on executing deals in TMT/Consumer with MNCs and PE sponsors.

Prior to that, he worked at M&A Advisory Practice, InterChina and DCM-Financing & Solutions Group at Deutsche Bank in Amsterdam. He started his career at Chengdu Di’ao Group.

Lorenzo holds an MBA degree from Nyenrode Business Universiteit (Netherlands). He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
