Mr. Étant CAO is a partner of DealGlobe and based in Shanghai. He has over 20 years’ investment banking, investment management, marketcap management, and corporate management experience. Previously, Étant worked as the board secretary and a vice president of Xpower Tech and Nanji E-commerce (002127.SZ), a managing director of CVCapital, the general manager of Fosun Ellassay Fund and the direct investment head of Tebon Securities of Fosun, a founding partner of Doré Capital, the president of LEHOO Furniture, the strategy & investment director of Joeone Fashion (601566.SH), the strategy head of Metersbonwe Fashion (002269.SZ), and a vice president of Genes Capital. Étant was also a board director of VGRASS (603518.SH), IRO (France), Caruso (Italy), and St. John (USA), and in charge of the post-investment management of Tom Tailor (Germany). Now he is still an independent board director of Zhong’nan Construction (000961.SZ) and Red Dragonfly (603116.SH).

Mr. CAO received a dual-bachelor of engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University and a master of economics from Fudan University, with the overseas training experience in Harvard University, Yale University, Columbia University and INSEAD. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
