Christian is the Senior Advisor to DG SPAC Business. Before that, he was Chairman of DG Advisory. He brings over 30 years’ investment banking experience with a focus on the DACH region and on the TMT and Industrials sectors.

Christian is now also the Senior Advisor to CLSA CITIC UK. Previously, he was Head of Investment Banking of Haitong Securities UK. Previously, Christian served at Nomura as Vice Chairman of European Investment Banking (EMEA), and at Deutsche Bank as Global Co-head of Telecom and Media and Co-Head of European Investment Banking (EMEA). Prior to Deutsche Bank, Christian also held senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Christian holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BSFS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He is fluent in English, German and Spanish.
