Lin founded DealGlobe in 2014 and holds the role of CEO, dividing his time evenly between China and the UK.
Previously, Lin was an investment professional at Summit Partners. Prior to this, Lin worked in M&A at UBS covering healthcare and at Merrill Lynch covering industrials.

Alan is DealGlobe’s Global COO/CTO and is responsible for the firm’s technology and operations. He brings over 20 years of experience in a range of technical and operational roles in high-growth software-based businesses. Alan was a member of the DealGlobe founding team in 2014.
Prior to joining DealGlobe, he co-founded and grew a startup which was acquired by a FTSE-listed business.

Andrew is DealGlobe's Chairman and Head of Europe. He brings over 25 years of cross-border M&A experience and is based in the London office, where he is responsible for DealGlobe's key client relationships in the UK and Europe.
Andrew began his investment banking career in 1990 at Morgan Stanley in London. Subsequently he was Global Head of M&A at HSBC, and Head of M&A for Europe and Asia at Jefferies.

Yinan is the Chief Legal Officer and a Partner at DealGlobe. She brings over 15 years’ experience advising Chinese and international corporates and financial institutions and has worked in London, Shanghai and Tokyo.
Prior to joining DealGlobe, Yinan was Co-General Counsel at SAFE’s European investment arm (Gingko Tree Investment Ltd) responsible for acquisitions and joint ventures in the real estate and infrastructure sectors across Europe. She was also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee and the Risk Management Committee. She started her career at King & Wood Mallesons in Shanghai and then spent 10 years with Clifford Chance (8 in London and 2 in Tokyo) specialising in FDI, corporate finance and banking and capital markets. Yinan is also a mentor at Fuse, an incubator for legaltech, regtech and dealtech startups founded by Allen & Overy.

Nick is a Managing Partner and DealGlobe's Head of UK. He brings over 15 years of cross-border M&A experience, and was a founding member of DealGlobe’s M&A advisory business. Nick is based in the London office, where he is responsible for DealGlobe's key client relationships and deal execution.
Nick began his investment banking career in 2002 at Goldman Sachs in New York. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Nick worked in M&A in the London, Johannesburg and Russian offices. Subsequently he was Vice President at CBO Capital and in a leading European hedge fund, before setting up his own advisory boutique in London focused on the EMEA region.

Christian is a Managing Partner and DealGlobe's Head of DACH. He brings over 30 years' investment banking experience and is based in the London office, where he is responsible for DealGlobe's key client relationships in Europe, with a focus on the DACH region and on the TMT and Industrials sectors.
Christian joined DealGlobe in September 2017 from Haitong Securities, where he was Head of Investment Banking in the UK. Previously, Christian served at Nomura as Vice Chairman of European Investment Banking (EMEA), and at Deutsche Bank as Global Co-head of Telecom and Media and Co-Head of European Investment Banking (EMEA). Prior to Deutsche Bank, Christian also held senior roles at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Raphael leads DealGlobe’s capital raising effort for Western high-tech growth companies. He also works with DealGlobe’s product team based in China to create digital tools that support the firm’s M&A advisory business.
Prior to joining DealGlobe, Raphael worked at Atos in innovation and digital consulting. Previously, he founded a startup and worked in the cross-border private equity firm A Capital in China. Raphael is currently chair of the LSE Alumni Startup Hub, LSE’s official global network connecting alumni involved in start-ups and technology.

Christina is a Director at DealGlobe and has more than 10 years of experience in leveraged buyouts and M&A across Europe and Asia.
Prior to DealGlobe, Christina was an investment professional at EQT Partners, a global private equity fund, where she was responsible for buyout investment execution and portfolio management in Asia. Prior to EQT, Christina worked as an investment professional at Permira in London. Before this, she spent 3 years in the M&A team at HSBC, also in London.

Ryan joined DealGlobe in 2017 as an Executive Director, responsible for deal sourcing and execution, new business development and team management in Beijing.
Ryan was previously with Actis Capital in Beijing and Swiss-based Partners Group in London and Shanghai, focusing on buyout and growth capital investments first in Europe then Asia. Prior to that, Ryan had public markets and fund investment experiences with BMO Capital Markets in Toronto and the Canadian Central Bank in Ottawa. He began his career at IBM (Global Services).

Sophia Wu, MD, MS is a director in DealGlobe’s advisory team and is focused on the healthcare sector.
Sophia was previously Head of Healthcare Services at ZZ Capital. Before joining ZZ Capital, she was an Investment Director and Head of the International Healthcare Services team at Fosun Group. She led or was involved in over 6 billion RMB of investment during her tenure at ZZ Capital and Fosun Group. Sophia also spent four years working in management consulting in Boston.

Michelle Wang is DealGlobe’s Marketing Director, responsible for the firm’s marketing operations globally.

Kyle is DealGlobe’s Finance Director, based in Shanghai.
Previously Kyle was a senior finance specialist at the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. He started his career as an analyst at KPMG in Shanghai.

Johnson joined DealGlobe in early 2015 and has played various leadership roles in business development, marketing and communications. He also helped to establish DealGlobe's Shanghai office.
Prior to joining DealGlobe, Johnson was an investment manager at the Israeli Infinity Group where he was focused on the TMT sector. Before that, he worked for Citigate Dewe Rogerson as a Senior Consultant and JWT Group in the accounts service team. During that period, his clients included Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, Bank of Communication, China Pacific Insurance, Goodman Group, Ontario Government, AlixPartners, and Yum! China.

Ian Lin is a Senior Vice President in DealGlobe's advisory team. He was previously a Senior Investment Professional at the Chinese SOE Zhixin Electric and at Shanghai Electric, overseeing domestic and outbound M&A projects.

Emily is a Vice President at DealGlobe, responsible for research and deal sourcing. She brings over 20 years’ experience in equity research, corporate finance and business consulting. She is based in the London office, with a focus on client relationships in the TMT and Industrials sectors.
Emily joined DealGlobe in January 2018, from Haitong Securities (UK), where she was a technology analyst. During her tenure in Haitong, she produced differentiated research work on European/US stocks with a global perspective and China insight. Prior to DealGlobe, she spent 10 years as a sell side equity analyst with Arete Research and Edison Investment Research.
Emily holds an MBA from Oxford University and a bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University. She is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Zhiyong has worked at leading global software companies including Microsoft and SAP, where he participated in large-scale system software development projects, and gained a wealth of project management and risk management experience.
Most recently before Dealglobe, Zhiyong was at Wind, the leading financial data provider to institutions in China, where he was responsible for technology innovation.
Zhiyong graduated from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a major in Software Engineering.
