Andrew is DealGlobe’s Vice Chairman. He brings over 25 years of cross-border M&A experience and is based in the London office, where he is responsible for key client relationships in the UK and Europe.

Andrew began his investment banking career in 1990 at Morgan Stanley in London. Subsequently he was Global Head of M&A at HSBC, and Head of M&A for Europe and Asia at Jefferies.

Andrew holds an MA in Law from Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a qualified barrister, and spent several years as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co.
